Who Is Matthew Fink?

I am currently working towards my bachelor's degree at Illinois State University in Composition and Music Education. I have the honor of learning from many top professionals in their respective fields. My composition professors include Dr. Roy Magnuson, Dr. Martha Horst, and Dr. Roger Zare, and I look forward to continuing to learn from each of them as I develop my compositional skills.

My compositions will be featured at the Music Factory new music concert held annually at Illinois State University as well as in student film presentations around campus. Over the next year I will be expanding my skills and will be entering several composition contests.

I am also a proud member of both Phi Mu Alpha, Nu Omicron chapter and Tau Beta Sigma, Zeta Alpha chapter at Illinois State where I can actively give back to the music community that I have the privilege to call home.
